Very Unhappy Client and Disrespectful staff at Ottery Branch

I drove all the way from Somerset west to purchase a 90cm Extractor fan at Makro in Ottery. I checked if the stock was available online and it showed stock available in store. When i got there around 2pm today i when straight to the isle and a lady promoting bosch approached me and tried assisting, she said she will ask one of makro's employees to assist me and that staff member was so rude and disrespectful that i could hear everything. I left my trolley in the isle and told him ill rather get it elsewhere. All i wanted was for him to check stock availability as the online portal say its in stock, he chose to stand behind his little desk and play owner. Im a regular in makro as my company also purchases through them, im definetly going to have a word with my buyer coz this type of service is unacceptable.
