very terrible tun around time

the people at this store don't respond to customer emails, all i get is an automated message Ref no - [#2EDO4].i want this issue to be resolved and also to close my saving account at this store, i'll move to a better chain store where i don't have to strugge from dec to feb to get a response let a lone my refund .
