Very shocking first online order experience

Last week my wife and I decided to try out your online shopping. We had been using Pick ‘n Pay online shopping in the past. Ordering went fine, we spent R3000+

First, the delivery seems to be in THREE shipments for ONE order. That means I have to make arrangements for someone to receive the delivery three times. Three arrangements.

Next, I get called on Monday saying that many items that I had ordered on Thursday are out of stock. You had them available when I ordered, and you were happy to take my payment at the time. Why didn’t my order get set aside on Thursday ? Why wait four days and then there is no more stock ? Surely mine was paid and I have preference ?

Lastly, a courier arrived this afternoon without prior arrangement, the call an hour before as was agreed. Nobody there to receive. So I didn’t get my order.

You really don’t want my business it seems.
