Very **** service

I am very unhappy and fuming at the moment with the service i received while shopping at makro woodmead earlier today.

I am a regular customer that come on a weekly basis.

On arrival at the till on bulk side 3 of your workers including security was checking items while it was scanned by the teller, all 3 people was actively involved in checking the items. After i paid security wanted to check the slip again before stamping to say all in order. I MEAN REALLY HOW MANY TIMES DO YOU WANT TO CROSS CHECK.

This is really delaying me and wasting my time as i am very busy. This is not what irritated me most. After all checks was done security deliberately going slower to annoy me and laughed behind my back.

If this is the way Makro woodmead treat their clients I will take my business somewhere else.

Makro must ask themselves why Pick n Pay branches are closing down.

They must start valueing their clients and their time.
