Very satisfactory services
The online reviews really ****ked me but I decided to try it for myself anyway and it was worth it. I ordered a laptop online on Black Friday at such a bargain price. I called their customer service daily just to see the progress with my order because the online reviews I saw made me very nervous but each time I met a very friendly and very helpful customer service agent. My laptop arrived on time, after seven days and in great condition. I collected it outside my flat and all went smoothly. The ordering process was efficient with consistent updates, the customer service agents were efficient and helpful and the delivery company was efficient as well. I will definitely order from Makro online again as I was very satisfied with the service.
