Very Rude
I purchased some items today at Makro Crown Mine. The lady behind the till, name Shanon Mashaba was very rude. Didn't smile or greet at all. I asked for a packet for the items. After the sale she just left the packet on the item and for me to pack it myself. Very poor service to my standard.

On behalf of Makro, we would like to apologize for the dissatisfying service that you had received from our Crown Mines branch- particularly from the cashier concerned. The behaviour that was portrayed is totally unacceptable and is not within the Makro standards of servicing our customers.
Please be advised that the below feedback has been escalated to the relevant managers based at our Crown Mines branch so that they can take the necessary disciplinary measures to ensure that the entire staff in store keeps within the standards of providing good customer service to all of our clients.
Please continue to give us feedback on the service received in our stores and once again, apologies for the inconvenience caused.
