Very poor service received from Makro Online.

Hi there.. I placed an order on the 1st of December for 2 microwaves.. about a week later they delivered 1 of the 2 microwaves via time freight... we then contacted makro for them to tell us that its showing on their system both the microwaves were delivered.. we then contacted time freight and referred our makro order number.. time freight then advised us that they only received 1 microwave from makro to deliver to us and assisted by forwarding the proof of collection which shows that they only received 1 from makro. I then contacted makro and relayed the information over and they then acknowledged that the item was short delivered and they promised to deliver.. 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for my delivery, whenever we try to contact makro online they don't answer.. I really need some conclusion on this matter as I'm really frustrated at this point and feel like taking legal action against this very inefficient company.
