Very Poor service in makro

Online purchasing with Makro is a very bad experience , their service is very poor

I Ordered two cooking pots which were on sale then they delivered wrong sizes then they say they can't ,replace the items all they can do is to refund.

My problem is I was attracted by the price on their advert which means their adverst miss inform people you are only fortunate when they have the correct stock
