Very poor service from Makro Online
Purchased a washing machine from Makro online on 28 Aug. On 31 Aug they dispatched it to wrong province for delivery and the courier could not deliver. My address was correctly provided when order was placed. I contacted the call centre and they say it will be delivered. Yet, there is no communication via email or sms from Makro to say it will be delivered and when. Although they say online orders will be delivered within 5 days. I am so dissapointed with Makro. I will not recommend using Makro online at all. I will also not support Makro in the future.

05 Sept 2022, 12:22Spoke to Makro online again this morning. Still nothing has been done on resolving this matter, yet you rep**** on my review to say this will be attended to. How is this being resolved?? Still no answer on a delivery date can be given. Please assist me with a contact number with someone that are willing to assist me, since the call centre can't help me.
