Very poor service from Makro

The worst online shopping experience. I bought a Samsung washing machine and was told that delivery would take 2-5 days. After two days I received a message that the order had been cancelled and I would be refunded within 10 days. However, when I opened my email it said the order was being processed. I phoned the customer care line and they confirmed the order had been cancelled. The machine is sold out. I go and buy a new machine from another store. Only to receive an email that my machine is packed and ready to be delivered. Phone customer care again, and they confirm that the order has been cancelled but not according to the tracking of the order. How is it possible that communication can be so bad!
