Very poor service form Makro crown mines and online

I would like to express my disappointment with the service at Makro Crown Mines. Despite being such a large company, their service is very poor. They don't even deserve a one-star rating. Currently, I am being charged fees for an order I have already cancelled.

I placed an online order on December 24, 2024, which indicated that I could pick it up the next day. However, when I went to Makro the following day, it was closed. I then cancelled my order on December 27, but as of today, I have not received a full refund. What doesn't make sense is that my order contained two items, and only one was refunded. How is that possible?

Every time I call, I am told that my cancellation has been processed. I have called them about four times. Today, I went directly to the store, but received no answers. I was told that I would get my money back. I am tired of Makro's pathetic service. They don't deserve to be a big store. The store blames the online service, and the online service blames the store.
