very poor service

WOW, wow wow wow wow, the astonishingly poor service from Makro when it comes to online orders is disappointing to say the least. Looks like I need to take my very frequent, CASH purchases elsewhere! sitting online waiting for a response on my order query for about an hour, this follows previous recent poor experiences that I had with Makro online which I had chosen to overlook, but now I see that it is actually a norm!
