very poor service

I have a makro account for about seven months now. I buy every three months and then i pay the card fully. everytime i want to use it it is blocked then i have to phone to re-open it. this is really a inconvenience for me. i have asked them not to block it, but is still gets done every single time. i will not be using this card anymore and when it is done i am closing it. it is not worth it when no one can give me a reason why it gets blocked
