Very poor service and unreliable

Good day. I had really bad experience with Makro. I bought online and the delivery was overdue then, I went to store to collect it using my petrol and was informed someone was assigned to it to do packing it while I was there so won't able to collect. My order delivered later that day past 4pm-6pm. The were some items that was out of stock and even today, I haven't received the refund even today.
