Very poor service

I bought online on the 3rd August, till date I have not received my order. Called Makro yesterday and they promised to call me back which they have not.

Called the courier who promised to deliver today, I followed up with them and they telling me that the driver attempted to collect my order but the store can not locate my order which I find very strange because the store sent me communication on the 7th saying they’ve handed the order over to courier.

I have still not received my order till date
