Very poor service
Poor client service, almost feels like you dealing with a thrift store. Returns department in particular are either overwhelmed or just hire clueless personnel. Online purchase was due to be refunded to me almost 2 weeks ago. Still waiting..... Call in and the person responsible is clueless. Promised a callback and still waiting since 13 July.

27 Jul 2023, 19:46I received a call from Makro call centre (Management are too busy to deal with clients) Solution provided creates further delays than expected due to inefficient staff not acting accordingly. Not on.
