Very poor service

VERY DISAPPOINTED Im waiting on 2 refunds for products already collected long time ago. Already logged this but NOT showing on website On another order 2 of the 4 containers we orderd are broken, already logged but NOT SHOWING ON WEBSITE and still waiting for collection and refund!

Makro customer service escalated the matter to urgent but NOTHING HAPPENING 😕
