Very poor service!!!

Ordered a fridge on the 21st of March was supposed to receive it on Thursday to date I haven't received my item been calling the customer service and they are saying they "don't know" why was my item delayed and they have escalated the matter mind you I called more than 5 times with no assistance. Wouldn't recommend purchasing from Makro online to anyone they have a very bad service and they do not care about their customers.
