Very poor service

Very poor service and no delivery of online order, for a laptop. This order was placed on the 3rd of June. Delivery is stated as 2-5 working days. It is the 15th and it hasn't been delivered! I keep on calling but I'm not getting any feedback!

After numerous calls and mails, no response! I will never, ever buy from Makro again!!!

I have subsequently cancelled the order, but have received no confirmation email. The website is still stuck on "Processing" the order and I have no idea when the money will be refunded. The consultant said 2-10 working days, but somehow I doubt it.
