Very Poor online ordering service and support

Makro support seems not up to the task in resolving delivery issues for online orders.. I placed an online order only to find out way too late that items were canceled, not to be delivered later, or given an option to even choose ... and today to find out that a refund will be processed ... . I called in to the support helpdesk, and spoke to Thabo, who did not undertand initially and had to repeat myself several times ... he assured me that someone from teh local Makro store would call me. I was not happy that this would happen so I asked for the matter to be escalated and have NOT had a response via. telephone, email or any forms of messaging. ***.

This is extremely frustarting as it seems that I am being ignored. Terrible service
