Very poor customer service from Makro. Avoid online purchases

I have been trying to get a refund out of Makro for 10 weeks now. They don't respond when they say they will and leave you hanging. They seem very disorganised and their online purchases are not to be trusted. I would avoid online purchases from Makro at all costs
