Very Poor customer service

On 26 March I placed order OD*** , with a promised delivery date of 28 March. No communication was received on that day, and my order still has not come. Today is 5 April - more than a week later - and I have spent 30 minutes of my lunch break phoning Makro every day, only to be told “tomorrow” each time. The delay is causing real inconvenience, and I am extremely disappointed. I will not be buying from Makro again. They need to do better.
