Very late Delivery

I made an online order on 2018-11-21 and it is now 14 work days. They said 7-10 working days on the website. The status of the order for the last few days is 'Order Packed and Ready for Collection/Delivery'. I also received a SMS on 6 December 2018 that my order is ready for collection at Makro Centurion. This is strange, because I paid for delivery. I did go to Makro Centurion for the 'so called' collection and they informed me it is not there, because it is a delivery.

I phoned ***a few times with no real assistance. Some of the agents said they will phone back, but this did not happen. The agent that I spoke to this morning said it is because of Black Friday. This is false adverti*****t, because they said 7-10 work days and I need to goods before I go on leave. Please propose that people use the one where you can take a lot for online orders. They are normally on time or early.
