Very late Black Friday

I placed an order off the Black Friday special on the 21st November - it is now the 10th of December - 20 days later and I still haven't received my order. It was intended as a gift and was supposed to be delivered in 5-7 days.

I can uderstand Black Friday must have been busy busy 20 days is a long time to wait.

Please help
