Very irate

I bought stuff online it was delivered bits and pieces. The fan was delivered but not working the pieces sent you can't put them together. I am really disappointed by their service. I logged return it took them 3 weeks to come collect after numerous times sending the messages. I am sick and tired of following up about my refund and no one seems to care. Their customer services uses canned response for everything. CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK I WILL NEVER ORDER MAKRO ONLINE EVER AGAIN WORST SERVICE EVER I WANT MY REFUND YOU COLLECTED YOUR DAMN PRODUCT PLEASE CAN I GET MY REFUND AS IN YESTERDAY.
