very happy with the turn around time not met by Makro and Hisense

I bought my Hisense cell phone last year December and then phone began to give issues on the software I took the back to Makro Crown mines where i purchased it and was told it would take 3-6 weeks , its more than 8 weeks and im still being sent from pillar to post. i had the first lady help e her nam is Hazel then another lovely lady helped me called Mbali I undertsand they are trying to help, but i feel this should have been sorted long time im very unhappy with that fact that ihave been without my mobile for so many months.

I have been more than patient but very unhappy with the service i have received from the manufacture and makro for taking this long to sort out my issue my cell number is ********** 652 account number ********** 8 as per makro card
