Very frustrating online delivery system

I placed an online order on the 28th of February 2026. I was notified that it will be delivered on the 2nd March 2026. The date was changed to the 3rd of March (without any notification) I had to check myself online. They them said it would delivered on the 4th March. Still the delivery never arrived. I made arrangement for someone to wait for the delivery, 3 days straight. No communication, I have to follow up myself but I still get no definite answers. I’m so frustrated because I wont have a fridge could not buy any groceries. Like this lack of communication has caused so much havoc on my life and it doesn’t seem like anyone cares. I’m so frustrated.
