VERY DISSAPOINTING ONLINE ORDER EXPERIENCE

I ordered a pasta maker online as a birthday gift, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The delivery date passed, and the tracking still showed that the item hadn’t left transit. I waited two weeks with no updates or communication. When I eventually called, I was told the item was outsourced and that they couldn’t confirm if or when I’d receive it. I was then informed that I’d be refunded. I’m very disappointed with the lack of feedback and reliability. Customers should be cautious when ordering from this store.
