Very dissapointed...poor service

First of all im very dissapointed and upset i have ordered a blood pressure monitor online via payflex on 4th of february logged a return on the 6th of february..they collected the item on the 20th of february. They deducted money from my account on the 25th of february for something that is not in my possession...i have been sending emails hoe many time about when i will be receiving my money back .i just keep on getting reference numbers but the matter is not being resolved..its been how many days since i retuned the item...the 20th february today is the 7th march..no feedback. Havent received any money back
