Very disappointed with Makro Online
Very disappointed with Makro Online. I made an order on 31 May 2024 and after waiting for my order to be delivered. I got an email saying my order is canceled due to supplier issues and that my money would be refunded in 3-4 days. It's been more than a week now and my money has not been refunded. When I call no one seems to know what is going on with my refund.

20 Jun 2024, 16:11There is still no communication until now. I got a called from so many people on Monday saying they will deal with my query directly and keep me updated. But guess what to my 'surprise' no update has been given. They were calling me making noise for nothing because nothing has been actioned. I am not sure how hard it can be to process a refund. Clearly someone does not know how to do their job 🙄
