Very disappointed with Makro online

Placed snd paid for an item online on the 13th of October 2024, the order remained on "confirmed " for 8 days without delivery, I called on the 8th day only to be told I'll get a response in 48 hrs which I never got. I then called to cancel the order and get my refund only to be told that the finance team will contact me in 48hrs. Todate I have not received my refund or any communication. Makro online is a ****.
