Very disappointed with Makro online.

I ordered a kettle from Makro online, Carnival Mall, glass kettle with Captain's Kitchen written on the kettle, they delivered some other glass kettle, I did a return, would have to wait a while for my refund so I ordered the kettle again, they delivered the same wrong kettle again. I have done the return and will have to wait for my 2 refunds. Very disappointed as I really wanted that specific kettle.
