Very disappointed with makro

So I ordered at makro online but to my surprise my orders were divided in 3parts,which I had no problem but till this day I only received 1order and no refund as I paid using payflex,I'm so disappointed because month end il pay payflex for something I didn't receive.my order number is MAK*** please sort this out.
