Very disappointed in the service received
I order an item online, when it arrived the item was damaged. I have been trying more than a week to get the item collected and exchanged and no luck.
All they do is making "notes" with no outcome.

23 Nov 2023, 08:29You guys responded that everything will be sorted out as soon as possible and still no resolution has taken place! I struggle to get through to the call center and all everybody is able to tell me is that "they will make a note" - that doesn't help or do anything.
It has been two weeks with no assistance!!
