Very disappointed in Makro

I made an order at Makro online on the 07th of December 2021. I waited for my order uo until I contacted the store around the 20th of December 2021. They contacted me back to make an arrangement as I was leaving town for the holidays. The delivery arrangement was for January 05th 2021 , till today I have not received my order. Everytime I contact the call center, I am told they are following up with the Gqeberha store. When I called again today, I was informed that my order was sent back to the store. I never even received a call from their couriers regarding the delivery. What annoys me the most is the fact that I canceled the rest of my holiday to go back home early for my order. I'm informed that the store is preparing a refund. Had I needed a refund I would have made the arrangement for such. I'm so disappointed 😞 😔. To think that they were my favourite store
