Very Disappointed & Frustrated

I placed an online order on the 21 November (Mak ********** D) they promised me 7-10 days delivery and here I still sit with no parcel which was for my husbands birthday well that has come and gone and had to buy another gift and I’ve been fighting and all I get is lies and empty promises, even the sms I got regarding the courier service with their tracking number says it does not exist so. Very disappointed in makro will never order from there again not worth all the agrivation.
