Very disappointed customer Hamza Omar

I purchased a skyworth qled smart tv from Makro carnival mall. I did not want to purchase fro.m them as I have had bad experience with them. Please do not buy from them they are not people that keep their word. I bought the tv as I was impressed with it. Also reviews were good. Upon purchase I was told that the set I was purchasing was a newer model and better than the one on display. Only to find that this tv has a matt screen. I was struggling to get the picture quality and when I googled found out about this Matt screen. Iam not happy as I don't like this picture. I tried contacting makro on phone to find out if I could change it. But as usual their service on phone is ****. They'do not answer and when they do no one wants to assist. So today 19 July I went to the store to find out if it is possible to change the TV. I was told by Trishen Maharaj he can't assist as 14 days had passed. I spoke to a salesman that spoke to his manager Gavin Manchidi who went and spoke to this idiot Trishen. Both did not have the decency to come speak to me personally. Firstly both are not fit to be managers as they are both unprofessional. The fact that I called to ask for assistance did not matter or count. The fact that I paid 10k cash did not count. The only person who tried to assist me is the woman that helped me buy the TV. He name is Mrs K****tso Mashinini. She has so a wonderful person and she went the extra mile for me today also.. She tried to help me. She even spoke to the representative of skyworth that was willing to assist. When I made them understand that the screen is not the same as the one on display they were not aware of this. Really disappointed in my own stupidity as I went and bought from Makro. In the first place they did me in with my lg tv set. I went to check prices and ended up purchasing from this ******* Makro. Please public I urge you do your home work when you buy expensive items. Makro are only out to ***** from you. They don't care for their customers and they are first class ******* especially their managers who are not fit to manage a toilet. If you got something to say Makro call me on ***. Let's see if you even have the guts. People do not buy from them. These are a bunch of rogues
