very disappointed customer

I place an order online on the 30th of September for top loader washing machine, haven't received any communication or anything from the shop on the whereabouts of my order, when I check online it has been on progress and to my surprise today it says out of stock. Made several calls and I am told that the matter has been escalated and ill get an email. well I must say I am very disappointed with their services. I have 3 toddlers in the house and now I find myself doing laundry by hands. if i knew this would be i would have bought the machine somewhere else
