Very disappointed customer.

I made a purchase online on the 27th of February 2025, on the 28th I got confirmation that the order is packed and awaiting courier. The order was supposed to be delivered on the 7th of March 2025. Till to date I haven't received the order, no commutation what's so ever, after calling a numerous time all I get from the consultants is 'WE WILLL ESCALATE', the other consultant was even telling me I can cancel. it's almost 2 weeks now. I'm very disappointed about the service. Makro being such a big store, I did not except this from you. I sent emails, WhatsApp messages and called no one has assisted me.
