Very disappointed

I went back to return eiger kettle which was not working after 6 months at makro riverside, only to get very bad service by manager Celine nkomo who said to me that we can not help you because you have abused the product and we can not give you a credit otherwise take it supplier for assistance and she left, I was very shocked the way she acted. Makro need to have professional staff at riverside Makro and now I am stuck with kettle which has a warranty and I am warning people to be very careful when purchasing things at makro. I will be following up with head office
