Very disappointed

I ordered gym equipment from them on the 22nd of April and they delivered only half of my order and even the invoice is only for half the order although I paid in full for the full order online. Have been contacting them and they keep assuring me that my query has been escalated to the team in store. I have phoned them and they were supposed to phone me back, which of course they didn’t..
