Very black Friday

<p>I logged on early to the Makro site to secure the goodies I wanted. I successfully went to checkout , selected delivery and then tried to pay. I put in my otp and then the site timed out. I logged in again and went to checkout, but now some items were no longer available (even though they were sucecssfully in my basket a short while before). I removed the offending items and went through to otp again.... same thing. I then tried to phone the helpline, but it timed out - tried this a few times, got varying responses, but never got to speak to anyone thet could actuall help - the line maily just went dead.</p> <p>So now my initial basket of ten items consists of nothing and I'm not a happy camper - if Makro can't do black Friday properly, then don't so it at all.</p>
