Very bad service with Makro

I am very dissappointed by the bad service I received at MAKRO, I placed an order on the 27th November around 8 am (Order #MAK***) but still I have not received it. The service is very bad and the agents are very useless they know nothing all they do is escalate escalate, escalate. I'm so ESCALATED about your services, very very very bad and poor management who knows nothing about customer service. My order was due to be delivered by Thursday according to them but still no communication about the delay. I called again today and spoke to Mapula and she said she was not sure as to when will the delivery take place. I didn't expect to recieve this kind of service from such a reputable company.
