Very BAD Service - no consideration for customer

Ordered an Ipad on 26/01/2021 from online store. Paid my money the same day, I have phoned the call centre 060 600 999 on various occasions to follow up as status has not moved since beginning. States in progress. Various calls and all the same the device is at Carnival, waiting to be packed. Phone Carnival and the guy in Online department says it is still on order, nobody reponds or will call to find out when they will receive stock. I am so furious could have got it cheaper and quicker elsewhere
