Very bad service from Makro's delivery division

Good day

Yesterday morning @ 8h30 I bought a Hisense Fridge(R7999) and Samsung 13kg dual active washing machine at the Makro Vanderbijlpark store. I opted for delivery and the salesman said they will deliver within 48hrs. I phoned the delivery division this morning to confirm if they will deliver today and they said delivery will be 7 - 10 days. This is not what was said to me in store and when I asked the guy if I should hire a trailer to rather collect the appliances myself tomorrow he was unsure if it can be arranged. After that he put the phone down in my ear. I phoned 2 times afterwards to confirm if I can collect and both times the guy at deliveries hear its me then he hangs up the phone. I need these appliances ASAP so feedback would be appreciated.
