Very bad service from Makroonline.

I have reported my very bad experiece with Makroonline and my review was published. Makroonline contacted me immediately and promised support. They told me the truck was hijacked and everything ******. they will cancel my order and refund me. But i noticed that people wait more than 6 months and still no refunds. On the 15th I then received a mail from makroonline that my order is handed over to the courier. But, it was just a copy of the first mail. what must I believe?
