Very bad service from Makro online orders in South Africa

I received the worse service ever from Makro Online orders in South Africa. I ordered and paid for my backpack and for courier delivery on the 4th of May. On the 15th of May I got notification it was handed to the courier. It is 28 June and I still have not received my backpack. After numerous emails to Makro I got 2 phone calls from them to promise they would sort my problem out and make sure I receive my backpack. After these phone calls I never heard from them again even though I emailed them again. It seems like customer satisfaction is not top priority for Makro. I will bever recommend Makro online orders to anyone. Very disappointed
