Very bad service from Macro

I bought an LG washing machine from Makro, and took the extended warranty as well. The machine broke down and was reported to Makro to have it repaired. after a week of complaining, a technician was send out to access the fault and order the parts. Another week later, no parts was ordered and after numerous calls to the call center, with very little help, I was told it is still waiting for approval. I requested to speak to a supervisor, but was told he is not available and would call me back. After spending hours on the phone with them, nothing was resolved and still waiting for a call back, and machine still not repaired
