Very bad service 😡😡😡

The worst and terrible online shopping experience ever.

I had to Beg you guys to get my products delivered till the day of the delivery and now I have to call you every single day to get my refund due to items being out of stock and no one informing but very quick to take our hard earned money.

I'm very disappointed on how my very first online order process was handled... It was a nightmare and still is because I now have to call your call centre that drops calls every day and the store manager that promised to call me back and nothing.

I want my refund processed now because you guys were very quick to take funds into my account it doesn't matter how much the amount due to me is but it's my money and I want it back

I will not stop writing on social media about my experience with Makro....this is so *********** and absurd 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
