Very bad service

Makro follow up on order MAK ***. 07.10.2023 Service going from bad to worse After writing a review about Makro and their non performance, I received a call from Makro apologising for the inconvenience caused and that they would refund me the amount, only to be told 10 days later that they were not able to refund me and suddenly needed me to furnish them with banking details and copies of ID etc. that also only after I contacted them again. It has now been 16 days since the order was placed and I am still waiting for the refund.
